Multidimensional Human Factor offers you a variety of alternatives to study(14) beside the MDHFM Certification.

You can choose any of following study alternatives accord your working experience, responsibilities, time availability or interests.

When students complete a study programm receive a Participation Certificate.

Accord to the number of study units students study, in some cases, over 54 study units, students will need to develop an application project, case study and also do research

0. MDHFM Facilitator BASE : Complementary Studies for the facilitatores programm.

The MDHFM Facilitator BASE offers you the possibility to Facilitate ONE a process by using ONE of the methods (81 SU if the first time students) or additional methods needs at least (27su-54 SU) for every additional TEST of a method. The MDHFM Facilitator BASE is offered to individuals that would like focus specifically into the MDHFM Facilitator services: support human processes in a variety of human collaboration environments: social work, arts, health, education, sustainability, business, reasearch, and others. 75% Practical experience is the strategy for a grounded education: Case study, Demo projects development, Soft Skills Training, use of charts and documentation. 25 % Principles and guidelines. Online Complementary Training & Forum are included.

(§) The MDHFM Facilitator certification (162 SU) offers you the possibility to take at least 3 TESTS of skills as facilitator. Each TEST gives you the right to facilitate a human communication collaboration cocreation process by using an specific set of methods MDHFM provides. This main certification gives you also skills and experience as entrepreneur and project manager. The MDHFM Facilitator Certification provides a different learning process than the MDHFM Facilitator BASE.

1. MODULES Alternative Self-designed learning process�

You choose from 18 Study modules and workshops available, the ones that suit your interests.

You design your own study process. You are able to take also TESTs for communication and collaboration facilitatores if you have also the necessary BASE study units done.

The MODULES study is a suitable way to advance your MDHFM know how and experience. You can study along one full day or few days workshops.

Through an Individual Study Programm, you are able to learn all methods, principles of Multidimensional Human factor Management, as well as to do practical monitored experiences: case study, demo projects, micro business/projects, soft skills training.

The Demo project has the value of a self-evaluation programm, where you can apply your skills and recognize your capacity and needs. The online school offers the same programms listed above: VIP individual study, Facilitatores programm, Seminar, Network Business Projects studies and also Certification Studies

To become a member of teh schooly ou need to qualify, by taking a "Self-Study-Skills" TEST.

To become member of the online school you need to proove the hability to do "self-study" based on self observation of your experience. The Online School is dedicated to students that did already develop a certain kind of awareness of their own potentiality and human processes, and are able to follow a "self-study guide" that will bring to them the necessary experiences that belongs to the 75% experience training, necessary in all Multidimensional Human Factor Management Know How.

The Online Forum is a place for exchange, colaboration, business, information, study and self development.
