 What school students will learn?

By applying MDHFM Know How a variety of methods, principles, trainings and strategies can be used for the improvement of human communication, collaboration, cocreativity and organization.

The know how can be applied in every human based environment: companies and organizations, communities and associations, cities, culture, family, individual private and professional fields.

This methods used with the necessary documentation and modern business know how adapted to MDHFM will help students profit from an integral, practical and nature principles orientated education.

Know How

In order to learn and understand the know how, experience is neccessary. MDHFM School provides a suitable learning process (75% learning through experience) and 25% theory. We need to understand human factor through our most clear experience: ourselves. Self experience and collective experience in relation to the subjects of study is necesary in order to understand and do a wise use of the know how and methods.

Humans are not only intelectual or emotional. In order to apply a Multdimesional Know How students need to understand, experience and  become able to self-manage their own Multidimensional condition.�

The following publications are now avialable for students. These publicactions are complementary information and guidance to the experience. Without the 75% experience of the school learning process the books will not be usefull at all. Actually i recommend every one interested in these book to take at least an INTRODUCTORY workshop to multidimensional human factor management in order to understand the main principles of this work.

The Methods, Strategies, Workshops, Trainings, Tools, Models

A brief list and description of main methods used, can be found in our NEXO website. These methods can be learned by taking few study units of one or more study modules.

Water Management. Strategy for self management based on water qualities.

Indigo Development Cycle. Strategy for self management of a collective collaboration and cocreativity process.

Multidimensional Symbole. A tool the help us integrate all principles of multidimensional human factor management in our daily life.

Sensory Communication. A method to help teams and managers go "back to" (or into) their own individual and collective organic understanding (and self-experience) of nature principles for collaboration, communication and cocreativity.

Mandala of elements. A model that help facilitatores of communication and collaboration processes bring nature principles and proccesses into the organization. Also used for management, time management, marketing and organization development. Based on parallel process management integrated to nature principles.

The Golden Sphere. Is a method that provide understanding of male and female functions and bring out ( accord each individual capacity) possibilities and skills for communication, collaboration and cocreativity at individual or collective leveles, by integrating male and female functions and skills.  

The Echo of Life. Is a method used to access an advanced awareness and perception of interconnection and interrelation of all manifestations of life through the experience and understanding of sound and vibration. Used to integrate sound and vibrational principles into organization and team collaboration structures.

Time Mandala. Is a model used to understand time and its importance. Also bring use the necessary information and tools for self-management. The workshop provides a training to perceive time and improve skills for time management .

Sensory Arts Integration: Is a method used to develop emotional self management, communication and cocreativity skills, by integrating experiences in arts as environments for self-experience and cocreativity.

Do-nothing. Is a workshop used to understand the principles of inner life, rhythm, calmness and to achieve the experience of doing-nothing as a self regeneration and tunning tool that help you access to a self regulation state. �


The 9 Learning Rooms .

It is a self-education and self-experience process. Through 9 rooms, students can deep into the knowledge, experience and skills necessary to be developed in order to master the methods, trainings and principles used in Multidimensional Human Factor Management

Self-education and self-sustainability

It is necessary for students and teams to prepare themselves in order to become able to learn and apply the know how and skills developed through the training.

A "Learning how to learn" and "self-management" module is provided to new students at the beggining of the school programm. At this module students can learn how to learn by themsleves through experiences, manage their own time, generate a self-learning process, collaborate with their own development of new skills and become cocreative.

Self-sustainability, or the art to generate authonomy, is also a task of the first study units in the school. It means students need to engage into find ways to become self-susutained in relation to their study programm. �


Permaculture, Sustainability & Human Factor Management

The study of the 12 principles described by Mr Holmgren, used to design permaculture environments and support sustainable living (Mr Bill Mollison), is suitable and tune perfectly with Multidimensional Human Factor Management. Students will study into an specific advanced module how this 12 principles can be integrated to the design of human communication, collaboration, cocreativity and organization proccesses accord multidimensional human factor management. �


Collective Behavior

The experience, understanding and perception of "collective behavior and inteligence" is necessary. Two main fields are subject of study: Sensory collective awareness, based on human sensory awareness; and Nature behavior which includes experiences in relation to :  Etology, Green behavior, Crystals and minerals,Constelations and Galaxies,Subatomic Behavior, Nature behavior,Weather behavior,Cities behavior, Nanotechnology, DNA, MEM, Virus, Fractals, Quantum Physics, Time, History, Energy patterns, Morfology, Sound and vibration patterns and others. 


Case Study

A set of 36 case study, based on concrete experiences in the field, along 10 years of travel and entrepreneurship projects will be shared and studied.

As well case study simulation and training of decision taking and application of principles used by the Know how are the main point of this area of study.

Self-evaluation & Personalized Coaching

Students are welcome to design their own self evaluation tasks. Accord to the number of study units students are invited to apply the know how and receive direct and personalized coaching for the development of tasks, research, and projects. �

An on line radio programm that provides an introduction to the 36 main points of multidimensional human factor.

The radio files, MP3, are available for every one that would like to hear them. The radio programm is at the moment programmed twice a month.

Students are welcome to participate and self organize, in order to develop business projects tottaly designed by applying MDHFM.
