MDHFM school and consultancy services provides an unique working environment.

Team members receive continuesly training in MDHFM, and receive support for personal and professional development.

Our collaboration and cocreative view is integrated to the way we recognize team members work and efforts, by offering to representatives up to 50% of the final net income of services, accounts and products, accord contract and responsibility.

All job positions starts with a CHALLENGE TASK contract, where new team members have the time and chance to show own skills and capacity. Later, the ontract will change to a regular, part time, per prodution hour, per task, per account agreement.

Following job positions are available

1. Marketing and organization. For our MDHFM products and services. (3) 

2. Sales representative. For our MDHFM products and services. (3)

3. Production representative. For our MDHFM media, radio and publications business. (3)

4.Other jobs positions available for new MDHFM business projects in Web publishing, Radio and Media, Travel, Education, Arts. 

Conditions

New team members need to :

1. Be able to communicate and work fluently with at least two of following languages: English, German, Spanish

2. For the German-Europe TEAM: Live in Switzerland, Austria, Germany. (and speak and write fluent German)

3. For the World TEAM: Live in any country in Europe, Australia, America, Japan, Israel.
